Brief: Collaborate with leaders in design, product and engineering to improve ease-of-use of Salesforce cloud business products, including an HR employee SaaS app
When I joined Salesforce as a UX team lead I was originally responsible for managing UX for a product under Work.com, then I handled some discovery/research work on the EASY initiative under the director of the lightning platform and then finally work under a VP of UX to collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve enterprise HR cloud products:
– HR Service Center
– Service Catalog
The following screens are the designs I produced for MVP 2 of Service Catalog, a one-stop shop for employees to order things like hardware, software, tech support and other ticketing based items. My work to foster greater cross-collaboration resulted in increased user adoption and a reduction of friction in connecting users to the tool itself..
